This policy has been drafted in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD). The policy may be updated due to legislative or operational changes, and will be published on this same website.

2. Data we collect
- Contact data: name, email, phone (optional).
- Event data: type of event, date, number of attendees, free-text message.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and where the visit came from, collected with Google Analytics only if you accept analytics cookies (see the cookie policy).
3. Purpose and legal basis
- To handle your contact request and prepare quotes: legal basis — consent of the data subject and/or pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).
- To comply with legal obligations (tax and accounting) after contracting: legal basis — legal obligation (art. 6.1.c GDPR).
- To measure visits and improve the site with Google Analytics: legal basis — your consent through the cookie notice (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time via "Cookie settings".
4. Retention period
Contact data is kept for as long as there is an active business relationship or a legitimate interest of the owner. If no contract is entered into, the data is deleted within a maximum period of 24 months from the last contact. The data of clients with an invoice is kept for the periods legally required in tax and accounting matters.
5. Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties without your express consent, except where legally required. The service providers that process data on behalf of the controller (Netlify hosting, email provider, Google Ireland Limited as the Google Analytics provider) act as data processors subject to the GDPR.
6. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at any time by sending an email to info@clutterbuck.es with a copy of your ID card or equivalent document. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) if you consider that your rights have been infringed.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to preserve the integrity, confidentiality and availability of your data. All communication between your browser and this website is carried out via an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
